Font Selection – Which Typefaces Should You Use? And How Much Control Do You Have Over It?
The best font choice depends on several factors, including what type of content you're sharing and your target audience. If you're unsure which fonts would look best, post a poll on your social media accounts and ask your followers what they think is best. You'll likely get a lot of great feedback (and compliments). A couple of things to keep in mind: Be sure not to use more than two different fonts per infographic. Don't try to cram too much text into one graphic; if it doesn't fit well, it won't read well either. A good rule of thumb is that an infographic should have between 20-35 words total; anything more than that could be difficult for readers to digest at once. Also, remember that colors can impact how people interpret data -- so don't just choose colors based on how pretty they are!
